$180 - $350 ELECTRICAL SAFETY CERTIFICATE
(Price is dependant on size of property)
An electrical safety certificate is an official document issued by a licensed electrician after inspecting a property’s electrical conditions. In Perth and across Western Australia, this certificate is legally required when renting or leasing a property and highly recommended to ensure the safety of occupants. It is also a legal requirement after any electrical has been completed.
So with us, we can have one of our delightful Electricians provide an inspection, address any issues and get your property safe and legally certified.
Under the Electricity (Licensing) Regulations 1991 in Western Australia, property owners must ensure that electrical installations meet safety requirements before transferring or leasing a property. With The Plumbing & Electrical Co. our qualified team deliver an excellent service that will guarantee any property will meet all safety standards.
