Upfront Pricing For You
There's nothing worse than having a tradie come to your place and after inspecting and completing a job, they deliver you a morally offensive invoice! Or take a tradie who quotes you an estimate, an estimate that sounds reasonable and then after completing the full works, they hand you an invoice of a surprising sum. This is very common, unfortunate and a trait that as a business, we do not have!
At the Plumbing and Electrical Co. our team will only proceed with the work, once the quote has been accepted. As a customer-first business we want to make the process as convenient, practical and beneficial for our customers. How do we quote upfront? We have most common domestic jobs priced upfront and online at tpeco.com.au
With a team of experienced plumbers and electricians, we know our competitors prices, trade prices and what the job is truly worth, we have complete confidence in our ability to deliver the value of the job to the utmost quality.
Some of our upfront prices for plumbing include swaps and installs for taps and toilets. Blocked drains, leak detection, gas tightness tests, bayonet swaps and gas conversions. Some of our upfront electrical prices include GPO installs and replacements, downlight installs and swaps and light switch replacements.
By putting these prices upfront, the nasty surprises, the stress and uncertainty of the final invoice and any lack of transparency is gone! Our process is very simple; once you have called us or found tpeco.com.au, booked in your job, we will quote, confirm the date and time. Our team will then confirm the pricing with you and once we have your confirmation, only then will we commence the work.
What if my job is listed? Well that is okay! We have a senior plumber who will come to site and quote you for that job. There are jobs that require more information, a visual understanding or an in person visit to accurately quote what the job is worth. The process will continue the exact someway, simply call us or book "Free onsite quote" with our booking portal at https://www.tpeco.com.au/home#book and our quoting professional will see you onsite.
